Set up the Office Desktop Apps
The third download has all of the add-ons that make a seamless connection between your Office desktop and Microsoft Office 365 Online.

This upgrade will enable you to send E-mail from Outlook 2007 or 2010. You can also save files online to the SharePoint Server directly from the desktop.

6. Try It: Set up the Office Desktop Apps
Go to Set up and Configure your Office desktop apps.
Click Set up.

What Do You See? You will be asked if you wish to Run or Don't Run. Click Run.

What Else Will You See? You may be asked to sign in as the Administrator before the download will begin.
